How the Workman XL Works
The dump bed is made from welded 14-gauge steel and lifts with an electric actuator system featuring a 55:1 gear ratio and 12-inch stroke. No cranking, no manual effort. The standard setup uses a push-button controller to raise and lower the bed. The actuator takes 50 seconds to fully extend, lifting up to 1,050 pounds at the push of a button.
The bed holds 22.8 cubic feet struck and is designed to empty completely on its own without you having to pull or push remaining material out. That matters when you are hauling dense material like gravel or wet manure.
