ABI Potable Water Trailers are specifically designed to safely transport clean consumable water virtually anywhere it is needed. These potable water trailers are equipped with full drain black tanks, to reduce algae & bacteria growth, and gravity fed water spigots that may be customized to meet the unique needs of the customer. ABI has the manufacturing capacity to fulfill both large volume orders of up to 1,000 units and orders for a single unit. The quality remains the same no matter the order size. We even work with government agencies to fulfill large military & humanitarian contracts to spec and on time. ABI water trailers come in 500, 1,000 & 1,600 gallon capacities and your choice of off-road or DOT (on-road) configurations. The ABI Potable Water Trailers have a frame that is fully welded and custom engineered for the demands of the enormous weight of water. The rugged steel frame is made for extreme durability and long service life. ABI is dedicated to manufacturing our products in the USA; only the highest quality steel, superior craftsmanship and powder coating is acceptable! Plus, connecting to your truck is quick and easy with our adjustable ball hitch, safety chains and swivel crank jack!

Full Drain Custom Molded Tanks

ABI’s Potable Water Trailers feature a uniquely designed water tank. The tank sits on our custom made steel frame, allowing it to fully drain for easy cleaning. Unlike many competitors, ABI’s water trailer tanks are easy to thoroughly clean and flush out. This unique design also keeps water near the frame for easy access and to lower the center of gravity. The ABI Potable Water Trailer features an FDA approved black tank that blocks UV rays and reduces algae growth during water storage. The tanks are equipped with an easy access vented lid for filling and servicing.

Standard Configuration is Gravity Fed

The ABI Potable Water Trailers feature a standard water distribution system that accommodates the majority of potable water needs. This standard configuration is gravity fed and includes two 2″ ball valves each with a 5/8″ hose barb. For added versatility, ABI offers select customizable water distribution system options depending on your water application needs.

Saves Time and Worry

All ABI Water Trailers come standard with a brand new auto fill shut off feature! When utilized, this valve automatically shuts off the flow of water when the tank is full, saving time and worry. Now you can fill the tank overnight or continue on with your day’s work, and the trailer will be full and ready to use when you are.

Meet DOT Regulations

ABI’s Potable Water Trailers meet DOT regulations, complete with electric drum brakes, tail lights, fenders and radial road tires. All of our DOT water trailers come with a vehicle ID number, temporary license plate and required documents allowing you to register your trailer, hassle free! The ABI Potable Water Trailers feature tandem axles with slipper leaf spring suspension, offering a smooth and stable ride. The suspension and axles are engineered and field tested for each size unit to ensure safe operation and long service life.
