The World's Most Versatile 3-Point Tractor Drag

The TR3® Rake is the most versatile 3 point ground prep tractor tool on the market today; with thousands of satisfied owners throughout the world! The exclusive patented drag bar will auto level the ground while the operator drives. Due to the heavyweight and style of fixed scarifying teeth, the TR3® Rake easily breaks through hardpan and eliminates hard and soft spots for consistent depth. The foam-filled gauge wheels help control the loosening depth and offset the natural undulation of the tractor. They also enable the operator to push backward for grading, ripping out vegetation, and pushing debris as desired. The back finishing rake of the TR3® pulverizes dirt clods and leaves behind the perfect finish or seedbed. The optional food plot disc shreds vegetation making the TR3® the ideal food plot harrow.

Features

Patented 'Tank Tough' Design - The TR3® Rake is truly the most versatile 3-point ground preparation tool on the market. It was invented by Kevin Keigley to combine multiple tools into one. Not only does the TR3 do the job of multiple tools but it can do them all at the same time due to its innovative angle. This design allows three ground engaging components to work the soil all at the same time to level, loosen & rake on every pass! This design holds two U.S patents. The TR3 had it’s birth in the commercial landscaping business so it was designed to handle hours of daily use with minimal to no down time. We like to say the TR3 is 'Tank Tough' as it will power through the most demanding of jobs. From horse arenas, gravel driveways & commercial contractor applications, the TR3 is battle tested and shows up for work everyday. For most of our customers it never leaves the back of their tractor!

'Tank Tough' Frame

  • The TR3® Rake is built tank tough to power through the most demanding of jobs. From horse arenas, gravel driveways & commercial contractor applications, the TR3® is battle tested and shows up for work everyday. For most of our customers it never leaves the back of their tractor!
  • The back finish rake and wear plates on the leveling bar are three-quarter inch hardened steel for longer wear.
  • The stabilizing/gauge wheels are foam filled and the hardened steel scarifier tips are replaceable.
TR3 Rake Arena Drag Rippers

Adjustable Scarifiers

  • Adjustable from 0″ – 7″ to enable the perfect loosening depth for a variety of equine discipline. Also enable the user to get to the bottom of most potholes.
  • Fixed scarifiers, not spring loaded, make breaking up hard pan soil or gravel a breeze.
  • Adjustable ground contact angle to achieve more or less aggressiveness.
Bolt On Scarifier Tips - The scarifying teeth can handle nearly any ground condition from horse arenas to gravel driveways. Unlike many drags, the TR3 has replaceable bolt on tips on the scarifying teeth. This feature not only ensures affordable and easy maintenance, of this wear part, but it also ensures peak ground penetration no matter the ground condition. If the tips wears to the point that performance is diminished simply replace them and restore the performance to like new! Many competitive drags require the owner to grind off the worn parts and weld on new ones.

Bolt On Scarifier Tips

  • Bolt-on tips keep maintenance costs low
  • The steel is hardened for longer wear.
  • Although conditions & uses vary 1 set of tips lasts many of our customers about a year! (Your results may vary.)
  • Reduces maintenance costs and lessens down time.
TR3 Rake Arena Drag Level Blade

Auto Leveling Drag Bar

  • No skill required to achieve a level grade.
  • The patented auto leveling drag bar will float to catch high areas and drops that material into lower areas automatically.
  • The blade may also be locked down to act like a box scraper for rough grading and spreading material.
  • The TR3® Rake enables the operator to bring the arena back to level grade and keep it there with very little skill.
Foam Filled Stabilizing Wheel - All 3-point tractor implements move in the opposite direction of the front tires of the tractor. If the front tires of the tractor go up the 3-point goes down. This causes most 3-point implements to dig holes and cause waves in horse arenas. This problem is solved with the “never flat” stabilizing wheels. These wheels prevent the TR3 Rake from undulating with the tractors front tires, keeping the scarifying teeth from loosening any deeper than they are set and preventing the leveling blade from digging holes. The wheels control the depth of the loosening action, create consistent level travel to eliminate wash boarding and eliminates gouging and stalling of the tractor while pushing backward by supporting the frame. Additionally, these wheels support side-to-side “dipping” while cornering. These wheels are the secret to maintaining level grade.

Foam Filled Stabilizing Wheel

  • Real Wheels! Includes replaceable Volkswagen hubs, axles, and bearings to lower operating costs and minimize down town.

  • Eliminates gouging and stalling the tractor while pushing backwards by supporting the frame.
3/4in Hardened Steel Finish Rake - The final point of contact with the ground is the finishing rake. This rake is made of 3/4″ thick hardened steel for long life and is replaceable in one foot sections. The purpose of the finish rake is to pulverize and break up clumps of material and leave a beautifully smooth signature finish behind. But that is not all, the rake also enables the user to push backwards to move dirt into dug out roping boxes and jumps! Additionally, push backward outside of the arena to slice through the ground, like a knife, to rip out vegetation or move material to fill in washouts and accomplish other light land clearing jobs. When driving forward, the design of the rake effectively grooms the material, but does not over compact it, leaving an ideally prepared surface for horse arenas and landscaping seedbeds.

  • May be pivoted to apply pressure to compact and seal any material.
Quick Hitch Compatible means the equipment, such as the TR3 Rake, is designed to work with a tractor-mounted 3-point quick hitch system. It allows for faster, easier, and safer connection of implements to a tractor's rear 3-point hitch, reducing the need for manual pin insertion and increasing efficiency during attachment changes.

Quick Hitch Compatible

This product is designed for use with a tractor that has a rear 3-point lift connection and is built to ASAE category 1 standards. Additionally, it is quick hitch compatible which makes connecting the implement to the tractor faster, easier, and safer. ABI recommends the use of a quick hitch system not only for its speed and ease of use, but also for its increased operator safety during the connection and disconnection process. This product is quick hitch compatible, the quick hitch system itself (and required adapter bushings) can be purchased separately from your local tractor dealer.

They were telling the truth! This is now my favorite attachment! I bought mine used from a nearby farmer who had never used it. I needed pins to attach it to my Kuboto Grand tractor and was astounded by the helpfulness of customer service. Within 4 days, and at a resonable cost for all the pins, I was restoring my gravel driveway to new. Potholes melted away and a severe crown was delt within an hour. Now I'm considering (saving up) for a larger rake or a larger unit!

I received my TR3 6.5' rake yesterday, after following the video instructions setup took 5 minutes. I started working on a sloped area 60' x 150' that had fill dirt added with roots and rock all through it. With the float blade and rake I made a little progress on leveling it out. Then I engaged the scarifier teeth, one straight pass and one diagonal pass and I am almost level and smoothed out. I had been going over this area with a York rake for weeks and not making any progress with the hard red clay! My only regret is not buying it last year when I found out about it.

This is a great tool. Very sturdy equipment and made in the USA. I don't use it regularly but when I do, it's to work up our 1/4 mile gravel/dirt lane. I highly recommend watching and re-watching the tutorial videos as they contain some great tips on adjustments and application. I'm excited about the Food Plot Discs. We will be ordering some soon.

A total workhorse! I've had my TR3 for over 15 years and it's my go-to attachment. I had one before that I sold to someone when I moved houses because I doubted I would use it in my new property. I ended up buying another within about 6 months because there are so many basic things I found I use it for. On my new property I had to prep a couple acre plot to plant grass hay and it was super rocky. I put the tines all the way down into the dirt and they banged against rocks I was sure would break something, but no. That plot grows grass like a charm now.
Dragging the horse arena is a piece of cake and leaves a functional, beautiful finish.
And, when I'm not actively using it, it's great ballast to offset the loads I carry on the front of the tractor because it's a heavy beast. Highly recommend!

Great attachment. I have had it for two years. Mainly use it to repair pasture damage created by wild hogs. I use it on food plots and pasture renovation also. Great tool for clearing a path for a new fence. I spent 52 years in metal fabrication and welding and this “hoss” is well built. I have the TR3 10 foot width model.

Great tool, but I wish the support for the rear tongs were stronger. The support bar in rear should extend to the end of the tongs. I will need to replace one.

Bought my TR 3 in 2005 after seeing it a horse expo. I bought it for two reasons. One for the pastures and the other for the gravel road that I had moved to. On one of my first attempts of leveling the road I hit a small root and bent the floating blade. ABI was unable to help but I have used the implement ever since with no problems. The gravel road is used by twelve homeowners along with multiple deliveries and multiple trash collectors. The TR 3 has done a wonderful job over all these years. I have enjoyed using it every time I hook it up.

Have used my TR3 rake twice this weekend. It completely amazes me how much better it can make things with so little an effort. Great doing business with you.

My TR3 is great. I use it almost every day and it works perfect for my arena. ABI is a great company. I had to speak to Carl Tribble about parts and he never got frustrated or upset with me because I didn't understand. That shows he has great character and passion for his job.

I love my TR3. It works just like I want it to and is easy to manipulate.
