550 DOT PRO Water Trailer

The 550 PRO sits on a fully welded 6-inch formed C-channel steel frame, custom-engineered by ABI, not purchased from a third party. Tandem 4,400-pound axles, leaf-spring suspension, DOT electric drum brakes, diamond-plate fenders, integrated LED lighting, radial tires, and ball hitch give you a trailer that performs safely on the jobsite and on the highway.

The rotationally molded ProTank is built from FDA-approved resins in an elliptical shape that lowers the center of gravity and improves trailer stability. A true full-drain design with a deep sump makes cleaning effortless. A 15-inch quarter-turn manway allows easy access from above, and internal baffling significantly reduces water movement during braking. Includes garden hose float valve and gravity-fed 2-inch camlock/garden hose connection. Choose white for at-a-glance water level monitoring, or black to limit algae growth during storage.

The available FusionPRO system pairs a commercial-grade Honda GX160 engine with a 2-inch self-priming centrifugal pump for up to 230 gallons per minute of output. A built-in recirculation valve lets operators fine-tune flow without shutting the system down, and also protects the pump when no water is being discharged. Recirculation valve included.

When equipped with the rear application manifold, water from the pump flows through a Primary Manifold Flow Valve, empowering the operator to turn water flow on or off from the vehicle while in motion on a jobsite. There are two valve options: The ratcheting valve controls flow from beside the trailer or the truck cab using a pull rope or the electric valve offers push-button control from inside the vehicle.

Fire Hose Spray: Connect up to two spray hoses with fire nozzles at once from the front, mid, or rear outlets.

3/4” Line Auto-retract Hose Reel: mounted at the rear of the trailer and connected to the Water Application Manifold System with its own valve.

20’ 1.5” pond fill suction line with debris filter and cam lock.

The ABI 550 PRO Water Trailer can be optionally equipped with a Pressure Washer Prep Kit, allowing owners to mount their own separately purchased commercial-grade pressure washer system. The integrated mounting plate is designed to directly mount Honda GX160, GX200, GX240, or GX270 engines paired with a commercial triplex pressure washer pump. The pressure washer pump then draws water directly from the trailer’s dedicated gravity-fed garden hose supply spigot. The trailer has extra room for your small detergent tank, pressure hose lines, and pressure washer spray gun.

This bulk fill system allows for quick fill of the 550 gallon tank from city water supply or hydrant through a 2” line. This features a 2” camlock connection with an air gap over the lid of the tank, allowing for use as an anti-siphon fill where needed and giving capability to fill the tank in 5-1/2 minutes.

Pressurized Spigot: Supply up to six pump-pressurized garden hose spigots simultaneously from the front, mid, or rear outlets.

Gravity Spigot: Operate up to two gravity-feed garden hose spigots at once.

Pintle Hitch: A pintle hitch ring allows for use with any standard pintle hitch on your tow vehicle.
